What is included in the bag-and-pump pack?

The VOLUPACK Vacuum Storage Bag with Electric Pump includes one Silver Gray nylon vacuum storage bag and one electric pump. The spare pump is sold separately and does not include a bag.

What size is the bag?

The bag measures approximately 40 × 28 × 16 cm (15.7 × 11 × 6.3 in), with a supplier-listed capacity of 18 L. The bag weighs approximately 250 g (8.8 oz), excluding the pump. Manual measurements may vary by 1–3 cm.

How do I use it?

Place suitable clothing or soft textiles inside, close the airtight zipper fully, then remove air through the one-way air outlet valve using the included electric pump. Follow the product instructions and keep sharp items out.

How much clothing can I pack?

Actual capacity depends on garment size, thickness and how the bag is packed. The 18 L capacity is listed by the supplier; it does not guarantee a specific number of outfits.

Is it reusable?

The bag is designed for repeated packing and storage. Follow the product instructions and inspect the bag, zipper and valve before each use.

Can I use it for travel?

Yes, it can be used to organize suitable clothing in luggage. Check the packed dimensions against your luggage and airline limits. Compression reduces volume, not weight, and does not guarantee carry-on acceptance.

Will my clothes stay wrinkle-free?

Compression does not guarantee wrinkle-free clothing. Check garment care instructions, especially for delicate fabrics or structured clothing.

Shipping & Orders

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 business day before dispatch. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 4–9 business days for eligible EU destinations and 5–10 business days for eligible US destinations. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where can I find tracking information?

Check your order emails for tracking information when available. If you need help locating it, contact support@volupack.store with your order number.

What if my parcel is late?

If the processing and estimated delivery window has passed, check the latest tracking update and your delivery address. Contact us with your order number and tracking number, if available, so we can review the issue. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my order?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in good condition, and VOLUPACK covers return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending an item back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@volupack.store with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging can help us assess it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Does the bag-and-pump pack include a warranty?

The pack includes a 1-year warranty. Contact us for information about coverage and the claim procedure. This does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
